A plugin is software you install on a compatible WordPress website. A service involves work performed for you according to an agreed brief.

Buying a plugin does not include custom development or hands-on website work unless specifically stated. Purchasing a service does not automatically include paid software licenses.

No. Our one-year plugin plans require manual renewal. We do not automatically charge your payment method when the term ends.

Our listed project services also do not automatically renew. Any additional work or ongoing service requires a separate agreement.

After your one-year term expires, the plugin’s basic features remain available, while access to Pro features becomes limited. Content and functionality previously created with the plugin remain in place and continue to work.

Access to support and new plugin updates ends unless you renew. The specific Pro restrictions are explained in each plugin’s documentation.

Renewal is manual. We do not automatically charge your payment method.

The listed plans cover unlimited personal websites. If you need to use a plugin on client websites, redistribute it, or include it in another commercial offering, contact us to confirm the appropriate terms before purchase.

Compatibility depends on your WordPress and PHP versions, hosting environment, theme, and other plugins.

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your plugin files are available immediately in the Downloads section of your customer account. An email notification is also sent immediately to the email address used for your purchase.

For custom services, the number and scope of revision rounds are specified in your quote. A revision round consists of one consolidated set of feedback on the submitted work.

New concepts, additional pages, or a change of direction outside the approved brief may require a separate quote.

Your product description or service quote identifies the deliverables. Depending on the order, these may include plugin files, design exports, website work, configuration notes, or a completion summary.

Editable design files, source files, and specific export formats are included only when expressly listed.

Only if explicitly stated. Domain registration, hosting, paid themes, fonts, stock assets, plugin licenses, external APIs, and other subscriptions may involve separate costs.

Required third-party purchases and known additional charges are identified before you approve the relevant work. Third-party renewals follow the provider’s own billing terms.

No. Our campaign setup fee covers the agreed setup work. Advertising spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platform through your own account.

You approve the budget and launch settings. An active campaign can continue spending after our setup work is complete until it is paused or reaches an applicable platform limit.

Not unless stated in your quote. Content design covers the agreed graphics and captions. Publishing, scheduling, account management, customer replies, and paid advertising are separate services.

No. We provide the software functionality or service deliverables described in your order.

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, follower growth, sales, specific performance scores, or approval by advertising platforms, payment providers, or other third parties.

Plugin plans include email support for installation questions and documented functionality during the active term.

For services, any post-delivery support period and scope are stated in your quote. Custom development, unrelated troubleshooting, and additional work are not included unless agreed.
