Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Effective date: July 01, 2026

This policy explains how TINY SPARKLES delivers WordPress plugins and fulfills digital service orders.

1. Digital Products and Services

Our listed plugins and services are delivered electronically or performed remotely. No physical shipment is required, and no physical shipping fee applies to these purchases.

The product description or accepted service quote identifies what you are purchasing and what is included.

2. Plugin Delivery

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your purchased plugin files are made available immediately in the Downloads section of your customer account.

An email notification is also sent immediately to the email address used for your purchase. Email arrival may be affected by your email provider, spam filtering, or temporary delivery delays.

You can access your available files from your customer account without waiting for the notification email.

3. How to Access Your Download

  1. Sign in to the customer account associated with your purchase.
  2. Open the Downloads section.
  3. Select the file associated with the purchased plugin.
  4. Follow the installation instructions supplied with the product.

If you cannot sign in, use the account password recovery option or contact us for assistance.

Please keep a secure copy of the downloaded files and purchase confirmation. Any download limits or access expiry must be stated in the product or order information.

4. Payment Confirmation

Automatic plugin delivery follows successful payment confirmation. An order showing pending, failed, or cancelled payment may not have download access.

If your bank shows a charge but your order has not been confirmed, contact us before placing another order so we can check the payment status.

5. Missing or Incorrect Files

If a download is missing, inaccessible, corrupted, or does not match your purchase, email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The product name.
  • A description or screenshot of the issue.

We will review the order and help restore access or provide the correct file. If we cannot fulfill the purchase, the available remedies are addressed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or card security codes.

6. Installation and Compatibility

Plugin delivery provides the purchased software files. Hands-on installation, custom development, and website configuration are included only when expressly stated in your order.

Check the product’s WordPress, PHP, and other requirements before installation. Back up your website and test on a staging environment where practical.

Contact us if you need help understanding the installation instructions or documented functionality.

7. License Term and Expiration

Our one-year plugin plans include email support and access to plugin updates released during the active term.

After the term expires, basic plugin features remain available, while Pro features become limited. Content and functionality previously created with the plugin remain in place and continue to work, subject to the website continuing to meet the applicable technical requirements.

The specific Pro restrictions are described in the relevant product documentation. Support and access to new updates end unless you renew.

Renewal is manual. We do not automatically renew your plan or charge your payment method.

8. Custom Service Orders

Services such as website design, content automation setup, SEO work, campaign setup, graphic design, and maintenance are delivered according to an accepted written quote.

Before payment, the quote identifies:

  • The work to be performed.
  • The included deliverables.
  • The project price and payment milestones.
  • The required materials and access.
  • The estimated schedule.
  • The included revisions and any follow-up support.

Service orders are not instant software downloads. Work begins according to the agreed schedule after the necessary approval, materials, access, and payment have been received.

9. Service Delivery Methods

Depending on the project, delivery may include:

  • Design files or documents supplied by email or download link.
  • Completed work on an agreed website.
  • Configuration within an authorized customer account.
  • A report, completion summary, or handover instructions.

Your quote specifies the relevant method and file formats. Editable source files, third-party licenses, and additional formats are included only when expressly listed.

10. Review and Revisions

For projects involving review stages, we will provide the agreed previews or work for your feedback. Please check factual information, spelling, links, and other relevant details before approving final delivery.

Revisions are handled within the scope and allowance stated in your quote. Additional work requires a separate agreement.

Delivery or download alone does not remove your right to report a defect or a material difference from the agreed scope.

11. Delays and Changes

Delays in receiving content, account access, or feedback can affect the project schedule. Scope changes and third-party review processes may also affect delivery.

We will communicate known delays and any revised estimate. If we cannot complete the agreed work, we will discuss an appropriate solution, including any refund due for undelivered work.

12. Third-Party Services

Hosting, domains, advertising platforms, software licenses, and external subscriptions may be necessary for some projects. Their availability and approval processes are controlled by their providers.

Required third-party purchases and known costs are disclosed in the quote. Our completion of a setup service does not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions or pause active advertising campaigns.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy for information about delivery problems, cancellations, and refund requests.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights relating to undelivered, defective, or misdescribed products or services.
