Each project is based on your brand materials, approved messages, and intended platforms. We confirm the design scope and deliverables in a written quote before you purchase.

This is a content design service. It does not include ongoing social media management unless separately agreed.

Available Design Options

Your quote specifies which of the following are included:

• Static post graphics: Designs for announcements, product highlights, service introductions, or educational content.
• Carousel designs: Coordinated slides that present an agreed topic or message in sequence.
• Story graphics: Vertical layouts adapted to the agreed platform and intended use.
• Promotional graphics: Designs using offer details, dates, and conditions supplied and approved by you.
• Caption writing: Captions based on your brief, brand voice, and confirmed business information, where included.
• Format adaptations: Resizing and layout adjustments for additional placements specified in your quote.

What Defines Your Package

Before work begins, your quote identifies:

• The number of original designs.
• The number of slides per carousel, if applicable.
• The platforms, dimensions, and additional size variations.
• Whether captions are included and in which language.
• The number of revision rounds.
• The final file formats and whether editable files are included.
• The delivery schedule and service fee.

Additional sizes, carousel slides, captions, or design concepts are not automatically included. These are listed separately when required.

How the Project Works

1. Share your brief: Tell us about your business, audience, platforms, and the messages you want to communicate.
2. Approve the scope: Review the deliverables, price, revision allowance, and estimated schedule.
3. Provide your materials: Send your logo, brand guidelines, approved text, and images.
4. Review the designs: We prepare previews for your feedback according to the agreed process.
5. Request included revisions: Submit consolidated feedback within the approved scope.
6. Receive the final files: Approved designs are delivered in the agreed formats through email or a download link.

What You Need to Provide

• Your business name and a brief description of your products or services.
• Your logo, brand colors, fonts, and guidelines, if available.
• The social media platforms and placements you plan to use.
• Your preferred topics, messages, and calls to action.
• Accurate product details, prices, offer conditions, and dates.
• Images and other materials you own or are authorized to use.
• Examples of visual styles you like, if helpful.

Account passwords are not required for a design-only project.

Final Deliverables

Final graphics are supplied in the file formats specified in your quote, such as PNG or JPG. Captions, when included, are delivered in an accompanying text document.

Editable source files or template links are supplied only when expressly included. Any software, account, font, or paid asset requirements will be disclosed before purchase.

Preview mockups are used to demonstrate the designs. Device mockups and other presentation materials are not included unless listed as deliverables.

Revisions and Approval

Your quote states the number of included revision rounds. A revision round consists of one consolidated set of feedback on the submitted designs.

A new campaign direction, replacement brief, additional design, or substantial change to previously approved content may require a separate quote.

Please check spelling, product information, prices, dates, links, and promotional terms before approving the final files.

Usage and Third-Party Assets

The quote specifies the permitted use of the final designs and any applicable asset restrictions.

Third-party photography, fonts, illustrations, and templates remain subject to their respective licenses. Editable delivery may require you to obtain your own licenses for certain assets.

You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied claims and for obtaining permission to use supplied materials.

Items Not Included Unless Agreed

• Publishing or scheduling posts.
• Account management, comment moderation, or customer messaging.
• Paid advertising setup, management, or advertising spend.
• Photography, video production, animation, or voiceovers.
• Logo design or a complete brand identity package.
• Translation or extensive content research.
• Ongoing content production or performance reporting.
• Paid stock assets, fonts, and software subscriptions.

Delivery Schedule

The estimated delivery date is confirmed before purchase and depends on the agreed quantity and complexity. Work begins after the required materials and agreed payment have been received.

Delays in receiving materials or feedback may affect the schedule. Any revised delivery estimate will be communicated to you.

Pricing and Billing

Pricing is based on the approved design scope. Your quote identifies the currency, applicable taxes, payment terms, and any additional asset costs.

This is a one-time project with no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Further content batches require a separate order or agreement.

Results and Expectations

This service delivers the agreed creative materials. It does not guarantee follower growth, reach, engagement, leads, sales, or advertising approval.
